ELM Announces Acquisition of Former ADCO Products Facility in Evansville, Indiana

On December 23, 2011, ELM and ADCO Products completed the transfer of this 7.1-acre property, including all associated environmental liabilities. The property features nearly 140,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space situated off of Highway 41 (near Interstate 64), adjacent to existing rail service and the Ohio River; centrally-located to Midwestern and regional markets.
