HISTORY 
Lee Graves, founder of ELM, began to build the ELM Group of Companies with a vision of helping others deal with their liability and risk.  That is ELM’s sole focus.  Although ELM is a young company by age standards, since starting in 1997, the company has already achieved a revenue stream of $40M annually.  ELM currently is located in 15 states with over 675 employees.    

ELM is a privately held company headquartered in Peoria, Illinois.  ELM continues to aggressively acquire other companies that help to achieve the vision.
