New National Headquarters for ELM

Developing Graves' site - Lee Graves is improving his riverfront view. The Peoria attorney has broken ground on a new Downtown building on the Illinois River to house the ELM group, a consortium of businesses Graves owns. The building's design resembles the old Union Depot, the train station that once operated in that part of town. This ELM has a lot of branches. There's a law office along with investment and consulting divisions. In addition, there's a utility location service and a high-tech arm now working on cleaning up waste for large livestock operations. "The new building will house over 50 employees and serve as our national headquarters," said Graves.
